Meet the heart behind Elisa's Catering
Meet Chef Elisa Robinson-Carter.
Born in Trenton, New Jersey, and one of nine siblings, Chef Elisa Robinson-Carter grew up understanding the joy of gathering around good food. She became a chef in honor of her mother, Doris Robinson, carrying forward a family tradition of cooking and serving the people you love.
Chef Elisa brings that same warmth to every booking, with food rooted in Caribbean soul, barbecue grilling, soul food, fresh salads, seafood and more.
